Well guy's I was out riding and noticed the back caliper was kinda skiping when I really hammered the brake. So I figured I would check the bolts to make sure they were tight. I went to tighten the back bolt and it broke off about half way..... I didnt' even put any pressure on it. Must have broke in there during the ride. ARRRRGGGGGHHHHHH i'm never touching my bike again in any mechanical form...........

Yeah, dont get HFX 9's they suck. I have them on my bighit and they mess up alot. I bought Mags and they are going to be so much better. You can get the HFX 9's to work really really well... just they are very unreliable.

Psssst! He said "caliper". The new Mags use the same G2 caliper as the 9's.

But I agree, the Mag levers are my favorites.

It's really no big deal. Get another bolt from your LBS. (While you're at it get a few spares, though I've never heard of a caliper bolt breaking) At worst you'll have to get another frame adapter if you can't get the broken bolt out. Use a torque wrench as set them to 110in/lbs.
