Yeah yeah cheap I know but the bike is almost new and they are squeaking during braking and making a weird noise if I go real fast, WHAT IS WRONG!!?!?!? :

You may be describing a problem with the retaining springs. Pull out the pads and clamp down on the ends of the spring where it wraps around the edge of the pad. Crimp 'em good! At high speeds, there is enough flex so that the pad rubs a little. B/c of the spring, they can resonate. Same as under hard braking.

Or it could be something comletely different. Like a break-in issue.
