to celebrate turning 66 I decided to get a good burn on the weight machine. 3 rotations through and I upped the weights by 10 pounds and the reps by 10. Took me an hour and I am fried. so good
@ 30 reps Pull downs, Rows, bench press, Curls, upright rows
@ 50 reps ab crunches , Squats
@40 reps Leg extensions and leg curls
@ 20 reps kettle bell flys
