My family is going on vacation to Sunriver, OR, in about a week (from the 22nd till the 28th) and I'm gonna be bringing my bike along. As far as the riding goes, I'm flying solo, so if any of you guys live in/around Bend and would care to show me around, it would be greatly appreciated. From what I hear, the riding around Bend is amazing. And just to give you an idea of where I'll want to ride, I'm bringing my trail bike (Specialized Enduro SL). I'm slow as hell on the climbs, but have no problem with gnarly, technical descents. PM me, e-mail me at ....., or call me at .... if you're gonna be around and would like to show me the ropes.

Heading down myself Thursday for the BBFT with a bunch of like minded fools.

Here's the best on line maps I've found. Not 100% accurate but plenty good enough.

The climbs there are super easy and you'll have to look hard to find "gnarly" descents.

Sun River is a ways from most trails but the DRT is right there as well as Black Rock.
