Watchin' you. Writing it all down.
The King of Friday declares the following:

1. You must all leave work right now.

2. You must get your bike and ride somewhere.

3. You must eat a good meal.

So it is written so it shall be.

So get with it bitches.

Dancin' over rocks n' roots!
I wish -- Won't be able to leave work until 1:45pm
Then I will ride at some point after returning home and feeding my child.
I always eat something good...tonight may even be crab cakes! If not then I will probably make something tasty.

Its not as dictated but as a new mother 1:45pm is acceptable.

and if somehow you miss the ride because the little one is just too cute to leave that is acceptable as well.

same here, I need to rest from 3 hours of riding last night
Word. Last year I couldn't ride much because of work. Now I can ride almost as much as I want but I can't because I am getting old and need to rest. Rode for a few hours yesterday and got in close to 4000ft of elevation change.:help:

Rest? C'mon,... someday you'll be dead and won't have the opportunity to ride anymore. I say just go out and ride more. Screw rest!

Ballard 4 life.
I'm only going to work for two hours, but I have no classes today and will go biking straight after work. Does that count, O Kind of Friday?

I keep going back and forth on it. I lost so much fitness after that race due to a crash that caused a sprain in my hand. I'm still riding, but haven't been able to really go out hard.

I feel I'd just slow you guys down at this point.

PM me the start point and time, and if I show I'll try to hang. Otherwise, I'll let you all go, and cruise at my own pace.

I really need the miles. Rode last night for a couple hours, but I'm not back to my normal schedule yet. Another week with this stupid brace on my hand.

1. I'm still at work. 6PM on Friday? WTF!
2. It rained this morning so I didn't even ride to work. WTF!
3. Lunch was actually pretty good but not good enough to make of for 1 and 2.

I suck.
