When I take apart my Minute to change it's springs it tells me to lube the spring with a "heavy bodied grease". I know Prep M is their stuff, but what other grease is considered "heavy body"???

I have some of the Park stuff and Finish Line that's in a toothpaste type tube. I dunno if they are "heavy" though. Just curious what else is out there?

Thanks guys!

I would say that a heavy grease is sticky rather than runny, but I do not know what I am talking about.

I used a synthetic automotive disc brake caliper grease in all my Manitou's. Any grease should work as long as it is not petroleum based (swells o-rings).
