possibly the stanchion. This happened before with someone I was ridding it. Felt like it was locked out afterwards, turned out the stanchion had snapped or cracked or something.

    First: Punctuate
Second: Get a manual online from the correct year Boxxer that you have. Find out what part(s) are broken.
Third: Order them from a local shop.
    Fourth: Fix fork

Option Two: If you have no idea what you are doing take it to a local shop.

My friend had this happen to his 03' boxxer race once. I rebuilt it and it turns out the bottom out bumper had been forced through the orifice at the bottom of the damper, causing the fork to lock up completely. I don't think this would be possible on the team or wc because the hole is too large, but it may be the problem if you have a race. I had to cut the bumper into pieces to get it out.
