I just upgraded to ie-7 which so far I'm hating, anyways I can't figure out now how to get my mail through outlook.

That's the path to the executable so you can check to see if it's still there.

I can do that, but I want it on my toolbar. Is there any way to accomplish this?

Tools/Internet Options, click the "Programs" tab and select Outlook Express in the drop down menu.
