Any/all Excel masters out there...

You know when you do the drag-fill thing by pulling the bottom right corner of a cell by mousing over the corner and left click dragging...

How do you do that with the key board? Like with the arrow keys.. I can't find the answer in Office help - but it has to be possible.

I use the keys for everything, (faster) but stopping to mouse something drives me nuts.

NOT an emergency, it's just buggin me.

Copy the cell (Ctrl-C)
Hold down shift and scroll or page down
Paste the cell (Ctrl-V)
Uh, no....I know that one.

I want to do the drag fill thing where it will take a number or date, etc and create a sequential range just by dragging from the lower right corner of the cell.

Example I have the number "123" in a cell and when I drag down it creates "124, 125, 126" etc.

I want to do that with the keys, not the mouse. Mousing sucks in Excel.

Oh, right... No, there's no keyboard shortcut for that but you could record a macro and assign a function key to it. That's the only way to do it, though. You can, of course, always activate menus by hitting Alt then the key - and the fill down functionality is in the Edit menu.
