Since you are asking.
I know where you can get a large 03 DHR for a great price, and I can vouch for its condition as well. Shoot me a PM if you are interested.

What's up with the Chumba Wumba - did the deal fall through?

all those bikes are great choices I would think - I'd add a bb7 to your list as well.

Yeah and he lives in IL, so you know it couldn't have gotten ridden that hard. ;)

I say stick between the turner and the v10.. totally different setups in the rear. But both pretty solid designs.

I think that would be a good match with a 7" 888. I would still rather have a Dorado though:D. If you're serious about the Chumba, make sure you're ready for a really low bb.

Yeah, if you don't like the 14.6" height of the chumba BB, I would definitely look into the 14.6" BB height of the Turner.

:D good point. Seriously though, i think the chumba is lower than the 14.625 that they have listed on the site

7" 888 is a perfect match for a DHR. The DHR is slightly steeper than most frames, so the extra height of the 788 with the stock crowns works great. I think it puts the HA in the 66-ish range. For racing and rough riding, its a great combo. It'll be a bit heavy (03 DHR was like 13 lbs), but it'll kick ass and take names all day.

My vote is for the Turner. Nothing says "badass" like dual top tubes.:thumb:
