can you guys help me on how to take them off?

I tried to open the screw( i can get the screw out),but its hard to get the nut out(the nut is shapped like a screw with a thread inside). any other things to open?

if its the old mini lever its quite straight forward really, cant help you put of its the new tech brakes, haven't worked on them before.

remove bolt number 7, its done up to a nut at the bottom.

then you want to unscrew part number 13 out of part number 8 and the lever will be out.
