I was just wondering if anyone could help me on a few things. First thing is that i have seen on videos which people have made and the are able to ride back on there bmx's how is this possible and do i need to change somthing on my bike. As well as that iv seen people being able to make the bike lift of the ground on to raling when the bike is moving i was wondering how could i do this.

for the first one, I have heard of people having special hubs or something like that, but most people just pedal backwards slowly, and it just takes time, practice and balance. It will be hard at first but trust me you will get it with practice.

for the second one, it is often done on BMX's, by the rider bunnyhopping or j-hopping near a rail, and grinding with their pegs. http://www.thebikinghub.com/mtb/cross-country-skills-the-bunny-hop/ that site may help for the bunny hopping/ j-hopping part, but it wont help directly with the grinding on the rails.
