New BB, the Norco uses a "mid" BB which is a bmx style of bottom bracket. Its an inexpensive part and you should be able to get 1 at your local shop or any bmx mail order.

I don't think the cranks that come on those will work with a bmx bb.
Get some decent bmx cranks, they'll be 100 times stronger.

first of all, what kind of cranks do you currently have because they probably wont even work with that bb on ebay.

the norco uses a mid bb like the links shown. Your current crankset will no work, this includes the cranks arms and the spindle. You are going to need a 3-piece style bmx crankset. these crank sets and bottoms brackets come in two different spindle sizes so make sure they match up when you buy them. there is 19mm and 22mm so ya get the mid bb thats that size as well as the crank set. Your are also going to need a new sprocket, and again some of spindle specific, so get the one thats the same size bore hole.
hope this helps
