I'm trying to put my new AC Racing 15 tooth freewheel on a Surly 1x1 hub. The thing installs/removes with a standard BB cup tool with all the splines. Problem is, when it starts to get tight, the cog totally binds and will not freewheel (spin backwards.) WTF! Anybody?
