Hey, I'm looking for ideas to help teach cycling to some of the campers I work with. I'm not that knowledgable about it and want to give them good information. Any links out there that will help me out in this? Or information that you guys know? This is a week long project that I'm starting Monday. It will be a learning experence for all of us. Thanks!

Either way... what info are you looking for? Historical, pratical, mechanical? I'd think just putting them on a bike would be fun by itself? Maybe do little competitions, perhaps, oh cripes, what's it called when you go under a pole and it keeps getting lower and lower? Games like that.

yes about arsbars. but i can't put them on bikes. just going to bring one in and show them. also give them info, was thinking of taping some things and showing them that. just want them to know more about it, since they have no clue what it involves.
