i got a new program (Adobe Premiere Pro CS3) and it says i need more RAM to install it... how do i get more? i tryed restarting my computer but that didnt help

You need to upgrade your RAM if you can. www.crucial.com is a good place that will explain what you need to do in very basic terms.
