I awoke to my phone ringing at 7:30 this morning ... obviously after a rough night of drinking. It's a former biology professor and good friend of mine; he's had this trip to Alaska planned for about 6 months and late last night, his "lady friend" backed out.

I'm leaving in an hour and will be gone for about a week. Adios!!
