I have been doing a lot of searching around and decided that a 69er single speed is what I need. I want a Carver 69er, but I'm having trouble finding a way to just buy the bike. I live in Illinois, if anyone knows how I can get one please let me know.

I am mechanically inclined, but I have only built BMX bikes before. I was really hoping if I couldn't buy the bike it would be as easy as buying the SS build kit from Carver and buying Carver frame and a rigid fork. . . it seems things are not that easy?

You should be able to buy directly from Carver.
