Yea, its pretty cool. I pretend to know alot so i wont learn anything new... Kidding. The last time i rode at PA i did recall some of the cornering tips and think i at least tried to do what they said. The bike setup part was pretty dull, but if you dont know anything it could help. Same with the suspension part..

If you want a pure riding video this isnt it... wait for earthed 2, but as a instructional vid its good.
