Well technically you wont be fishing them.... You will be flossing them. At this point and time in their life they will no longer eat, and will soon die anyways reguardless. Probably the best time to be going after them actually..... Just take the time to see if the female your trying to floss had dropped her eggs or not
what it means is that the fish populations are rebounding from the drought. Should be a good fall and spring for trout in the streams, and Salmon next year.
