Nice, I saw Derry and wondered if it was close to kelsen. Turns out it's very close.
I'll be heading up to Derry for work in the next few weeks, I'll have to make a stop.
I like them better than Kelsen, but their business hours are quite limited.
If you can't make it up Georgetown hill on I-70 you're driving something very badly capable for CO winter conditions.
I wonder how often the traction laws are actually enforced?
The first time I went skiing here it was dumping snow and chains/traction tires were required to get to the hill. Took 3 hours to simply get out of the parking lot as there were several Dogde Chargers (of course) with summer tires stuck and blocking the exit, also one Jeep Wrangler (of course) with bald tires and broken 4WD.

i loved dogsitting in conifer....nothing like a dog barking at 6:00 in the morning to let you know there are elk in the driveway....and the backyard....or just about everywhere....
When our daughter was 5 or 6 she was super into the movie Annie (with Carrol Burnett as Miss Hannigan). When ever we would ask her to do a chore, she would bust out with "It's a hard knock life".
