I have not cracked into it yet because I'm still working on two other pounds of coffee that I already had opened. Rest assured, once the Dirtrag coffee gets opened, it won't last very long.

It is damn good stuff, thanks again. I'm not enough of a coffee nerd to be able to give it a detailed review and I've only had a cup or two so far as I am still trying to finish off an older bag. It's been sealed back up and stuck in the freezer for now. I'll give more feedback once I move on to the Kenetic, which will probably be this weekend.

Freezing coffee is a bad thing. Bean oils denature as moisture in the bean freeze. This changes the flavor of your coffee dramatically.

Freezing is still a better long term option if things remain sealed and dry the whole time.
