Hello, Im going to put in a new Isis bottom bracket and a new set of Raceface LP cranks, Im not sure what the shell is, 68 or 73, but more importantly, the lengh of the spindle, should I use a 108 or a 113?

The best way to find out is to call the bike company, they already have the specs for the bike and can help you set it up. Or if you want stop by your lbs tonight after work, they should have catalogs from Quality or BTI. They're two distributors of p&a that most good bike shops order from. In the catalogs are actuall set up tips and advice.
