Fock no. The year I was going to do that was the big drought year... and of course it rained BUCKETS the night before I rode it. I made it about a mile until the snot-slippery mud turned me back.
All these places would look much better with some factories there....or a Walmart.

Copper ridge in the North Cascades. It is a fire lookout post. Ranger hikes in about 20 miles for weeklong turns. You know you have a fine piece of real estate when you need to tie the building down with steel cables so it doesn't get blown off of the mountain.
