High School Shooting

whoa...that is pretty crazy that you were there....from what i've heard on the news, the cops are sayin they dont know anything about anything with this so far

Someone walked into the school with a hoody and a camo back pack on. This was at about 11:45. at like 12 the office lady said over the intercom that we where on a red threat. Thats when he went to the classroom nearest to him and told them that all the guys need to leave and he took 6 girls including the teacher hostage. he then let the 4 girls including the teacher go and kept the other 2. He shot one of the girls before swat came in and then shot himself and died. The other girl, who i dated for awhile, is in critical condition. The other girl wasn't harmed physicaly. Its pretty crazy

I was watching some of the coverage and as a teacher, I was sad and worried. Glad to hear that you are OK. My thoughts & prayers are with the girls' family!Latest news is that the girl that was shot died. It sucks. Whats even worse is if they still have us go to school tommorow and i have that class in the morning with the same teacher and in the same room. Hopefully the school is smart enough to relize that and not have us go back.

thanks. yeah its pretty messed up. at this point i'm to scared to go back to school but you have to carry on with it. what pisses me off the most is that the cops didn't even get to shoot the guy he took the cowards way out. and the girl that wasn't hurt saw this and will never be the same. its bulls*** that this has to happen and that people can be so screwed up that they go and kill innocent others.

It sucks things like this happen. My parents live about 5 miles from the school. The closer it happens to home the more real things become.

yeah. it was just some random dude that lived in the community. they're still looking to see if he was related to her in some way or something like that.
I tried to find one good thing to say to cheer you up. I can't. Sorry for all that happened to you today, bro. Keep your head as clear as you can. Ask for help if you need it. I can't imagine having to deal with that. Much less having to do it as a kid.

I am sure your school and community will have some people there to help you get through the next few weeks (or longer). Sometimes, it's best to go back to your normal routine and work through dealing with what happened with your classmates. I can only offer my condolences and prayers for all of you!

yeah. well i wasn't really effected to much. but i hate seeing everyone cry. so my mom wants me to go to the church today to talk to one of the people there with my friend. i don't wanna go and see everyone in a bad mood though, but hopefully it won't be to cold today i can co do some riding and some trail building on the local mountain. oh. i forgot to say this but we video taped the whole thing. we where in a class way away from the dude but everyone was freaking out. we had the camera that we film the schools new show with and we filmed us moving from class room to class room down the road to the gyms, we also filmed a friend of ours giving us details when we got them. i don't know if the teacher kept the footage but we can find out.

It'll prolly turn out to be one more sullen, pimply loser pissed at the world for equipping him with a penis yet no ability to interest girls in it. ha. yeah. thats what pissed me and my friends off more than anything
looking at the cnn article, it appears that the dude shot the girl and them himself when the cops broke in the door. I guess he also took a shot at them first.

thats insane. my girlfriends school had a bomb threat yesterday. but thats nothing compared to that.
had we never taken the paddle out of schools we wouldn't have these problems
