    Just trying to get more dynamic workouts incorporated.Wondering where's a good weight range to be in for those.

    35s are good to start with. I bought a pair off amazon with free shipping. Still trying to figure out how they make it worth it.

    Gonna need some video of that so I can check out your technique first. Wouldn't want to make in inappropriate weight recommendation and risk injury for someone your age.

    I prefer to do the combo move of a kettlebell hip thruster to snatch. To do them properly, you really have to powerfully drive your hips to really explode into the snatch. They say to stick to a workout, you have to find something you enjoy, so I keep coming back to this for some reason.
