JD - That is great salsa!

Here's the Tomatillo-Avocado salsa recipe:
4 mid-sized tomatillo's
1 avocado
2 Jalapenos
1 cup Cilantro
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground chipotle chili peper
1/4 tsp fresh garlic
2 limes juiced

Blend it, and grub away.

So Cal
Wumpus tried to use that. You don't use tomatoes in fruit salad and you don't use fruit in salsa. Them's the rules.
I agree. And I am from California... the land of weird food with fruit in it.

Mangos suck, BTW.

Habaneros however, are a little spicy gift from God.

Mango salsa.... :disgust1:

Mango salsa, and peach salsa are just unforgivable creations. The only reason they are still produced is because there is a large percentage of the population that is still curious about what they taste like. So they will buy it. Taste it. Immediately regret tasting it. Throw out. Then a new generation of humans will start all over again.
