There have been some bood changes, but everytime I send a PM it takes at least 30 seconds for the screen to change.
So I hit the button twice, and it tells me I have to wait an additional 23 seconds before sending another PM.. then I get confused and start throwing stuff around my office.

If you just click on Lounge, it comes right up. More effective to me.
