So this weekend's yogurt making had interesting results. I made two batches: vanilla and plain. The plain turned out alright just like last week. The vanilla however did not coagulate, it stayed liquid. I'm not sure why it wouldn't settle...
I did switch over to 2%, but that does not explain why one batch would work while the other didn't.
