Guy I know has a set of XT centrelocks he wants to trade off to me for about nothing...are they compatible or is there an adapter that will work with Hope Minis?

i think hope rotors are slightly thicker than shimano.
it you're talking about hubs, dt swiss makes a centerlock rotor to 6 bolt hub adapter
