Hope Enduro Problem

My Enduro's have a problem, so, I have a problem
the problem is that the pistons on the outside of the caliper do not go that fast to the disc as the pistons at the inside of the caliper does, when I brake.
resulting in brakepower loss, they are not capeble now to lock the wheels under braking.
last when I cleaned them I noticed that at least one piston rubberseal also comes out while braking, so I nead to service them, but is this a common problem with Enduro's.
the frontbrake was completely serviced with new seals and new pistons in march this year.

No its not a common problem, I would rebuild them or at least replace that bad seal if in fact that what it is. After you rebuild them install new pads incase the bad piston leaked fluid and contaminated them. That may be the reason for the power loss.

there was no leak thrue it, but I think the power loss is because that the pods on the outside do not come out that quickly as the pods on the inside of the caliper,
hmmm, maybe the path to the outside of the caliper is blocked or something.
I'll surely will rebuilt them, and see what maybe happend

I kinda doubt that is the cause of the lack of breaking power.

just buy the seal replacement kit (plunger and caliper set) and rebuild the whole thing...it's cheap and easy to do. The bleeding is another story:D I just did that the other night on my rear DH4 (1st generation) and it's painless (after I bought a tiny sized c-clip plier from Sears). After 2 1/2 yrs of good service from the DH4s, it failed on me last weekend....worn out seals....

but from riding it yesterday, it's got a new lease in life now

I don't think it is the pads moving at different times/speeds. Mine do that and it is no problem (actually it probably helps the modulation)
Check your pads for contamination, any worn out seals, re-bleed it, etc, etc. This is more likely to be your problem.
Give Hope a phone, if they are anything like over here, they will be more than helpful and sort you out. Their after-sales help in the U.K. is outstanding.
Hope (no pun intended!) this helps.;)

No need to rebuild them. If one side is comming out faster than the other. Grab a buddy its easier with 2 people, you won't even need to remove the pads or wheel. Push the 2 pistons in that move freely with a screwdriver(just above the pad so it won't damage the pads) Hold them while your buddy pumps the lever this should break them free. Then just hold what ever piston in till they all move about the same distance and move freely. You may need to readjust the caliper with more or less shims when done.

Whenever rebuilding Hope calipers, after cleaning everything be sure to blow out all caliper passages with compressed air. Before reinstalling the pistons, lube the seals with silicone di-electric grease, which will not interact with the brake fluid, and will help the pistons self-adjust as they are supposed to, thus adding more braking power.
