Hey guys I was just wondering if someone could help me out.
I got some old hope m6 ti which don't have the IS mount standard on the caliper. I have been trying to do some research to figure out a way to use them with my fox 40.
I understand that I need a 9 inch rotor but do I also need a different adapter or can I use the IS mount without the extension for the 8inch rotors?

I'm about to do the same thing. Have an adapter from an old set of 05 Dorados. Anyone know if it would fit? How do I tell?

I know you can get one of these but if I don't have to buy one I'd rather not.

I believe it justs mount up. The Fox is an IS mount, but was sized for XC. I believe the Hope rotor you need is a 225mm.
