...anyone else have issues with their non-Mono M4s suffering from recurring fouling? My rear brake has gone through two sets of pads in short order (OE, then EBC Golds). Got two rides out of the EBCs and then the pads were toast.
Looking at the caliper, it appears as though fluid is coming out of the forward outboard piston. I've checked as bolts/fittings and they're sufficiently snug.
Hope Tech blames the pads - saying they dislike EBC - but this has occurred to both the stockers and aftermarket. Brake is set up 100% with no chime or drag. Also, no extended DH runs that would have cooked the pads. Not happy with Hope's response to just blame the pads - the EBC Golds have worked like champs on these M4s (pre-fouling) as well as my Minis for 3+ seasons.
Thanks in advance,
Sean
