Hope or Galfer?

Replacing the pads in my Hopes.

Anyone have some feedback for Galfer pads? I've aways stuck with the Hopes becuase they work. But not afraid to try something different if they're better.

It's on a xc trail bike by the way.

I WANT to try some Galfer pads in my Avid Juicy's, but its like they are impossible to find (all out for Juicy's) :(

I hear the Galfer's are pretty nice!

I have ridden Galfer pads on Braking rotors this last year on my Juicy 7's.

Noticably more power in the brakes. Modulation is still very good too.
At first when they broke in they where the most powerful brakes I have ever tested. Luckily they have calmed down a bit!! Now I have enough power for DH and modulation enough for trail and technical, steep riding.

I ride these on my Turner RFX with 203mm front and 185mm rear.
I weight approx 190lbs and ride a 35lbs bike.
