this is a boat my father has been restoring for the past couple years. Maiden Voage was had today, still need to work out a few bugs. We only got it up to 40 today, but man that seems ALOT faster on the water than it is on land. Check it out. Im in one of the pics i think.

here is my step-father's poker run boat. We usually do local races, but travel some, too. 2001 38' Powerquest, twin 502's w/custom marine headers and intake system...Light fuel and two people can get it around 80 on the gps. :thumb: It's for sale!

Haha..yea. There's no such thing as gas mileage for these things. I think it get's a little over a mile per gallon at full throttle.

Why, my friend has a little twin engine jet boat that goes about 70, and its only 18 feet. It gets very good milage. (unfortunatly it is yellow and purple, and its nickname in the barbie boat) speed?

But im stuck with my 25hp Whaler. POS, 2 years ago the transem fell off. We used fibergalss and L brackets like duct tape. :D

EDIT: Lets see some pictures of the engines. :monkey:

Sorry, no engine shots...but it's got a nice ass...er...stern. Twin high output Bravo One's spinning four blade blueprinted props. I'm not sure of the pitch off hand, though. We have since changed the tips to thru-hull.
