Jamaica
every year i bring back a dozzen bottles of Benjamines hot sauce from Jamaica. It's made from scotch bonnets, cane sugar and cane vinigar. Jamaica's best comes in flavours....fresh pineapple hot sauce, ginger, and mango my fav. Each are about a buck/bottle. I have never tasted better sauces.

NORCAL is the hizzle
Cholula, or what Geargrrl said. Also Sriracha, or Embasa canned chipotles in adobo (chopped or blended).

I went through a habanero phase but I got over it pretty quick.

Cholula is good, but we really like this:
^^^FTW. This stuff rocks.

I like this stuff too:

I don't care for red Tabasco. The green jalapeno tabasco on a Chipotle burrito rules. Frank's Red Hot is nice for when you just want some zip not a lot of heat.

Another vote on the chalula, for mexican stuff. On things like hot dogs, hamburger, and sandwiches I loce eather russian hot mustard or chinese mustard.
