just wondering if you have seen the market get as soft as it's been reported, or you are still doing ok w/ house renos and flips. douglas, did you ever get in the game?

funny, my wife and I discussed this last night. We're planning on my our first real estate investment next summer.

We're thinking long term tho, not flipping.
