Shut up and ride...
So I'm all nostalgic tonight and dug out some OLD KISS...

Now, we all know we all LOVE KISS, but the question is this, what is your favorite song by KISS?

Strutter and Love Gun is a real close to #1

even though Shout it out loud is cool, and Detroit Rock City is killer...

Thoughts? Suggestions?

KISS is LAME
Gene Simmons will take all your favorite Emo bands and stomp on them with his dragon boots. Then he will lick up all their blood with one lick. He is the Chuck Norris of hair metal.

Ha,
Real Quote,
Oprah - So Gene, exactly how long is your tongue?

Gene - Long enough to make you my best friend Oprah.

Love gun is cool, I just heard it on Sirius last week:thumb: I saw them in concert back in 1996 when they came back in full garb. I like KISS when I was younger, but only like a few songs now. I had to see them though, just to say I've seen them.

I knew you had my back! :thumb:

It just really sounded good, and it brings back SO many memories...!

When concerts were cool and weed was good....(That's what someone had said anyway.... )

I'll be the chic and admit one of my favorites is "Beth" :p I had a crush on Peter Criss (because he was the kitty cat of course!)

Detroit Rock City- is a classic, especially when played in the Rock City
King of the night time world
I was made for lovin' you
Shout it out loud

I saw them in 92 and then again in 97(?) during their reunion tour. I will forever be jealous of my brother though who got to see them at Tiger Stadium in Detroit for the opening show of their reunion tour. :mumble:

I kind of agree that KISS is lame, but Detroit Rock City, or whatever it was was funny as hell.

*I bought Garage Inc., or whatever it is last night, with 2 different garage days on it and must say that Metallica rocked the most in the garage covering other peeps sh*t. Back when Metallica still had it. I still think sh*tty Metallica owns KISS.

Garage Days Revisited.

Good stuff. I especially like that really crude song about killing mothers, babies, etc.

not a big danzig fan, so i can't answer. the only stuff i really have is the Misfits cd (comp w/ the skull face) and _November Coming Fire_ from post-Misfits band Samhain.

for a bunch of *really* ugly guys, KISS sure did get laid a lot. i guess you could say that's their main talent. :blah:

I loved the episode when Lois dressed up as Peter Chris. Her and Peter were in the front row and Gene put the mic in her face and she didn't know the lyrics.

Good times.

I saw KISS 3 times in the late seventies, and their live shows were fantastic! In addition to many pioneer "stage moments", Ace Frehley playing his solo to Shock Me or whatever, and his guitar starts smoking and goes flying out and around the auditorium on a cable still playing the last note was insanely great.

You friggin kids don't have a clue what you missed...

It's a teenage girl walking along the side of the highway. I mean, they, they, they make scary movies that start out like that.

Hey, but they make porno movies that start out like that too, man.

That movie is funny as sh!t.
