i'm already skinny. no matter the amount of food i shovel in my face, i stay at 100lbs. and that is just the problem, i eat a lot, and a lot of the food is junk. i try to eat the healthy stuff, and its easy because i love healthy food, but then the junk food in my house calls my name and i go back to my un healthy habbit of eating junk. How can i keep on track, and stay away from the bad stuff?? i'd like some pointers before i end up having a heart attack at a young age.
