not sure if it's the pistons or the levers but today my code 5's were harsh sticky. i pressed and it took them a while to return. also lost a bit ofpower. of course it was a mudfest at whistler but is there a way to prevent this?
how do you guys prevent sticky brakes?

just like everything else beinf discussed on here it sound slike some good old cleaning and upkeep is what you need.
Unless you let it go for too long and a replacement is needed.
I'm going into my 5th season on the same Juicy 7's on my DH bike. They still feel like new other than some minor lever wiggle. TLC goes a long way

I just use some WD40, and shimz
use 30 weight and a polishing pad
