There are two spacers, one on each side, they are kept in place by either a press fit metal ring or a thin c-clip.
If you have removed those you should see the bearings, usually there is a metal spacer tube between them. Move the metal spacer between the bearing a bit to the side with an awl/screwdriver and then remove the bearings.
Don't just hit on one side of the bearings to remove them, this might cause the bearing to damage the area where they are supposed to be seated. Move the tool around so the bearings go out straight.
Clean everything off, and reinstall everything with fresh bearings. If unsure about size (it's usually visible on the rubber seal on the side, for example "6902-2RS") take them to a hardware store and have them matched.
When installing new bearings, make sure you ONLY apply pressure to the outer ring when pressing/whacking them in place. A socket is usually a good tool for this.
