The AFI data report reflects a composite of preventive health behaviors, levels of chronic disease conditions, as well as community resources and policies that support physical activity. Raleighwood in at 13, which is the "best" out of the Southeastern states, and what appears to be 2nd only to SLC out of the red states (albeit, Obama barely won NC in 2008, and Mittens barely won NC in 2012).

Although, the more I think about it, I wonder if I relocated to Memphis or Detroit if I'd be fitness deity? I would wear nothing but spandex 24/7 (well, that and a vest with ceramic plates in it).
