So so im having to wear a back support, Take 12 tablets a day and spary some kind of numbing sray on my back and legs.

Doin' good. Went on a 32 mile high country ride (topped out around 11,750ft) that involved ~5K of climb. I was pretty much wrecked by the end of it.
