How long do they usually take to come through?

until you get a lawyer and make it clear you'll take it all the way to court if you have to.

usually within a month if there are no problems.

I dont see where any problems could arise. Hopefully sometime in the next couple of weeks we will get our money. Too bad we didnt get it sooner... our 1 year anniversary is this Sunday and it would have been nice to be able to replace her engagement ring... which was one of the more expensive items that was stolen
