hey howdy

i spent sat 7 + hours painting my house actual brush in hand time
i spent friday painting and caulking for 6+ hours
i spent wed thur scraping prepping

last night a picked somthing up with my right hand and the last 2 or 3 digits.... sharp pain

i took IBU before bed
as was waking up, rolling over, used my hand and sharp pain in digits... so, i again took 1000 mil IBU and taped up my 3 digits and used a stick thing to keep fingers from flexing

how long should strained ligaments rest? should i do 2 days of tape and stick, then a couple days of 3 digits taped but flexible...???

tough to say. rest for a week for general sprains.

since it is an overexertion issue... i am thinking rest as well. have it taped/imobilized

depends on how old you are, see Im 15 and usually within a day of most injuries Im as good as new.

next time you have an injury like that, put some ice on it as well, within 24-48 hours, ice can help the swelling and potential damage to the ligaments.... i feel ya bro, 31 and counting
