Oh, One of my favorite things to make, Is orange peel candies, Pain in the but, takes a long time, buit damn there good. PM me if you want a recipe

Have you ever tried it with grapefruit peels? IMO, they are better than the orange. That extra tartness goes a long way to cut the sweetness. SO good...
