I have 3 (2 working, one ready to be built): an RM7, a Trek 4900 that needs to be built, and an old rodie that I'm trying to find the time and money to rebuild into a SS. I own 3 other frames as well (SGS, Y-11, and an Enduro HT).
How many people own 2 or more bikes?

I have two, each with very special meaning--
Matte green CADD-3 Cannondale that was won on Alaina's first birthday (don't think I'll ever give it up, though I may "retire" it at some point in time)
Fisher Cake 4 that I bought last year to continue riding. Needed some sort of "relief" for my sore back. And with the name, what child doesn't like to eat cake? And, Alaina is "eternally" 4, so it's most fitting.

God Bless scanners. That's from back in '97 when it first got built up... It has 9v ultegra on it now, and the Spinergy's expired back in about '99 in crit-related incident. This is still the lightest frame I've ever owned, I think lighter than my Caad 7 Cannondale

Well, I've already answered this thread, but just noticed that it's in the downhill forum. Was this question intended to address multiple disciplines as most of the answers have gone this way? Or was it for people that owned multiple downhill bikes? Obviously, my answers were posted earlier, but it would be interesting to know who owns multiple dh bikes and why.

I don't know how some of you guys get by with only a DH bike or a DH and burly HT. I use my Prophet about 10 times as much as my DH bike.
