Hey, Im installing a UN-73 BB, WOndering how many Nm or Ft/lb's i need to tighten the BB? Then how much do i tighten the plastic sleeve on the other side? I have a good Torque Wrench.

I put 50 ft/lbs on the BB, and 25 on the plastic cup sleave.

I used teflon tape on the BB threads and the plastic cup threads. Then i used some automotive synthetic or lithium grease on the housing.
