I've never tried Alieve. I just like Excedrin because it knocks out my headaches and I've been guilty of taking it when my head feels fine so just I can quickly wake up

I did find this drink called Wired X294. As the name implies, it has 294 mg caffeine per can — almost double that of Rockstar. The taste is about on par with rockstar too, so this is just good all around.
