so here's what i'm doing. i am building up a flip flop wheel for a fixie build. my general build consists of black spokes, 2 silver ones on either side of the valve stem, and silver nipples. but i'm thinking, you know, why not be a little crazy on this fixie thing.

so what do you think:

- silver nds, black ds with opposite nipple (will end looking like alternating sil/blk)
- black trailing, silver leading with opposite nipple (will end up looking like 2 sil, 2 blk, 2 sil, 2 blk)
- just stick to my usual

I wouldn't worry about it. If you really want a weird fixie look just grow a long food crusted beard.

Considering black is flexy...
What if you did the left side of the hub with black spokes and silver nipples, and did the drive side silver spokes and black nipples? Do the opposite for the other wheel...

I think you should use red. Everyone knows that red is the fastest. :D
